This wine is from 100% estate grown fruit. Our vines are sheltered in the foothills of Carter’s mountain in the Monticello American Viticultural Area (AVA).

Winemakers' Notes:

Our Blanc de Noir brut sparkling wine is made via Méthode Champenoise with our estate grown Pinot Noir. The grapes were picked at night by hand and pressed right away to avoid any color extraction and to preserve the fruit. After a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrel aging, the wine gains in complexity by aging on lees in the bottle for 36 months.

Tasting Notes:

This brut sparkling Blanc de Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir that is gently pressed. Aromas of pear and licorice on the nose. Vanilla and toast on the mouth. Long, complex finish. Aged 36 months on the lees. Pair with caviar, seafood, or dishes with creamy sauces.
